How do I make a return?

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

Yes. If you have received a damaged or faulty item we will cover the cost of the shipping. If you wish to exchange your item we will cover the shipping.

How long do I have before returning?

We request that you get in touch to discuss refunds or exchanges within two weeks of purchase.

How long until i recieve my refund?

We aim to process your refund within 1-3 days of receiving the returned item.
